Watra Property Management takes a unique approach to all aspects of the Landlord and Tenant relationship. You never have to deal directly with a tenant, we deal with the tenant 100% of the time. We will find you the best possible tenant.  Our commitment to that goal is demostrated by our fee structure:  we don't get paid until you do.  There are no upfront fees; we take a small percentage of rents collected and that is the only time you pay us for our services.

It is our goal to ensure positive rental experiences for both Landlord and Tenant and we take care of every detail along the way.

We have been managing rental properties since 2007. Our services include, but aren't limited to:

• showing units to prospective tenants
• giving necessary information to landlords so that they may choose an appropriate tenant
• collecting rents
